Light an unscented tealight underneath, or switch the melter on, and enjoy the scent as the wax melts. When the scent fades, let the wax set, pop it out and replace it. Safety: never leave a lit tealight or a switched-on melter unattended, and keep burners and wax out of the reach of children and pets. Wax melts are not food: do not eat them.
