Contact the workshop

Get in touch

Email is the quickest way to reach us. Please include your order number if you have one.

We are a small workshop and answer messages ourselves during the working week. We read every message and reply as soon as we can. If you telephone and we cannot answer, please leave a message or send an email.

The same contact details apply to No Troubles Bubbles, our bath and body range. No Troubles Bubbles is a trading name of Willow Tree Crafts Ltd.

Before you write

• Where is my order? Orders are made to order and sent within 3 to 5 working days. You can follow a posted order from your account, and our delivery page explains what to do if it has not arrived.
• Something is wrong with my order. Please send your order number and a photograph of the item and its packaging so that we can deal with it in one reply.
• I want to send something back. Our delivery and returns page sets out how.
• A question about ingredients or safety. Every product page lists what is in the product. If you need more, tell us which product and what you need to know.

If something has gone wrong

If you are unhappy with an order or with how we have dealt with you, please tell us. Email us with your order number and what has happened, and we will look into it and reply. Most problems can be put right quickly this way.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you can get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk or on 0808 223 1133.

Trade and wholesale

If you run a shop and would like to stock our products, email us with a little about your business. Trade orders are agreed separately and are not covered by the consumer terms on this website.
