Home fragrance: wax melts and reed diffusers

Fragranced products such as wax melts and reed diffusers are chemical mixtures. In Great Britain they are classified and labelled under the GB CLP Regulation (the retained Classification, Labelling and Packaging Regulation).

Every fragranced product we sell carries a CLP label. Depending on the fragrance, the label shows:

• any hazard pictogram and signal word that applies
• the hazard statements, which say what the hazard is
• the precautionary statements, which say how to use and store the product safely and what to do if something goes wrong
• the name of any substance that may cause an allergic skin reaction
• our name, address and telephone number

The CLP label for each product is also shown among its pictures on this website, so you can read it before you buy. The label is specific to the fragrance: two wax melts that look alike can carry different warnings. Always read the label on the product you have.

If you have a known allergy or sensitivity to a fragrance ingredient, read the label before you order and before you use the product. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, ask us before you buy.

Bath and body: No Troubles Bubbles

Our soaps and other bath and body products are sold under the name No Troubles Bubbles. They are cosmetic products and are covered by the UK Cosmetics Regulation.

• The Responsible Person for these products is Willow Tree Crafts Ltd, trading as No Troubles Bubbles, Enterprise Works, Long Lane, Honley, Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, HD9 6EA.
• Each product has a Cosmetic Product Safety Report prepared by a qualified safety assessor.
• Each product is notified to the Office for Product Safety and Standards before it is placed on the market.
• The full list of ingredients, by their international (INCI) names, is printed on the label and shown on the product's page on this website.

Fragrance allergens that must be declared are listed on the label and on the product page after the word 'Contains'. Where a product has no 'Contains' line, it has no fragrance allergens at a level that has to be declared.

Colours appear in the ingredient list as CI numbers.

Using bath and body products

• For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes; if the product gets into your eyes, rinse well with clean water.
• Read the full ingredient list before use if you have allergies or sensitive skin. Our whipped soaps contain apricot kernel oil.
• If you have sensitive skin or have reacted to a cosmetic product before, try a small amount on a small area of skin first and wait 24 hours.
• Stop using the product and wash it off if you notice redness, itching or irritation, and seek medical advice if it continues.
• Keep out of the reach of young children. Our products are not food, even where they look or smell like it.
• Store in a cool, dry place and use by the best before date shown on the label.

3D printed, laser-cut and engraved items

• These are decorative and gift items. Unless a product page says otherwise they are not toys and are not suitable for children under 36 months: they may contain or shed small parts.
• 3D printed items are not suitable for contact with food or drink unless the product page says so, and are not dishwasher or microwave safe.
• 3D printed items can soften and lose their shape in heat, for example in a hot car, on a windowsill in strong sun or near a radiator or flame.
• Glass and crystal items can break or chip if dropped or knocked and should be handled with care.

Our responsibility and yours

We label every product with its ingredients, allergens and hazards as the law requires, so that you can decide whether it is right for you. We cannot know your allergies or sensitivities. Choosing a product that suits you, and using it as the label and our instructions say, is your responsibility.

We are not responsible for a reaction to an ingredient or allergen that was declared on the label or product page, or for harm that results from a product being used against its label or instructions. This does not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for a defective product, or in any other way the law does not allow.

Who we are

This website is run by Willow Tree Crafts Ltd, trading as Willow Tree Crafts and as No Troubles Bubbles. Both names belong to the same company, and everything on this page applies whichever name is on the product you buy.
