When you order with an account, 5% of what you spend on products comes back to you as credit on that account. It's money off a future order with us, and it never expires.
There's no separate scheme to join and no points to count. If you have an account and you're signed in when you order, you earn credit.

How much you earn
5% of what you pay for products on each order. Delivery charges don't count, and neither does any credit you spend on that order.
Credit is worked out to the penny and rounded down. Spend £20.00 on products and you get £1.00 back. Use £1.00 of credit on that same £20.00 basket and you earn 5% of £19.00, which is 95p.

When it's added
When your order is sent out to you. If you chose to collect from our workshop, it's added when you collect it.
Each order earns once, even if it comes in more than one parcel. An order that is cancelled before it goes out earns nothing.

How to spend it
At checkout, while signed in, press “Use my credit on this order”. Your credit goes towards the order, up to the order total, and you pay whatever is left in the usual way. Anything you don't use stays on your account.
Changed your mind? Press “Remove” before you pay. Credit only leaves your balance when you place the order.

It never expires
Your credit stays on your account until you spend it. There is no expiry date.
You can see your balance, and every amount added or spent, under “Your credit” in your account.
Good to know
- You need to be signed in when you order. Orders placed as a guest don't earn credit.
- Only orders placed on this website earn credit.
- Credit can be spent on anything in the shop.
