What a safety data sheet is
A safety data sheet (SDS) is a technical document that sets out the hazards of a chemical product and how to handle, store and dispose of it and what to do in an emergency. It is written mainly for people who handle a product at work.
If you have bought one of our products to use at home, the label on the product gives you the safety information you need. You do not need a safety data sheet to use it safely.
Asking for safety information
If you need safety information beyond what is on the label, for example because you stock our products, use them in a workplace, or have been asked for it by a doctor or vet, email us at the address below. Please tell us:
- the name of the product and its fragrance
- your order number, if you have one
- what you need the information for
We will send you the safety information we hold for that product. For cosmetic products, the information the law requires us to make available to the public is the ingredient list and the declared allergens, which are on the label and the product page.
